By downloading or using the EYEIO applications ("Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.
The Apps offer subscription plans billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Pricing is as displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial provides full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription plan you selected.
You agree to use the Apps lawfully and responsibly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Apps. You may not distribute or sublicense the Apps.
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in measurements, NItMeter is a consumer-grade tool and should not be used as a substitute for certified laboratory equipment in regulated environments. Measurement accuracy depends on device hardware and environmental conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EYEIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Apps.
The Apps, including all code, design, and content, are the intellectual property of EYEIO. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may update or discontinue the Apps at any time. We may also terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EYEIO is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
