EYEIO ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications, including NItMeter, LuxMeter, and HDR (collectively, the "Apps").
Camera Data: Our Apps use your device's camera to perform light measurements. Camera data is processed locally on your device in real time. We do not capture, store, or transmit any camera images or video to our servers.
Measurement Data: All measurement data (including Nit, CCT, EV, and lux readings) is stored locally on your device. We do not access or transmit this data.
Photos: When you choose to attach photos to measurement logs, these are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Account Information: If you subscribe through the App Store, your payment is processed by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information.
Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage data (such as feature usage frequency and crash reports) to improve the Apps. This data does not include personal information and cannot be linked to you.
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Apps; process subscription payments through Apple's App Store; improve app performance and fix bugs; and communicate with you about updates and support.
All measurement data and photos are stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we do process.
Our Apps use the following third-party services: Apple App Store (for payment processing and app distribution); Apple's iOS platform (for camera access and device capabilities). These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the Apps. You may contact us at any time to exercise your data protection rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
